  We were the first customers in when they opened today. Craig F served us and was absolutely fantastic. As it was our first time visiting the chain, he took the time to show us how to use the app and explained all the available offers. He was very kind, welcoming, and had excellent people skills. Thanks to his help, we got an amazing deal and ended up paying nearly half the bill. The food was very good, and I was really happy to see there were great vegan options available too. Craig.F was also very thoughtful — when he brought the food over, he remembered I had mentioned I might need a takeaway box and brought one before I even had to ask. Small gesture, but very appreciated. Overall, a lovely experience and I would definitely recommend!

  Had an absolute fantastic dinner at Zizzi tonight. The menu is incredible and so varied. Thank you to Salvilja and her team who were incredibly attentive and made our evening really special. Great value for the quality of food. Will absolutely be coming back!

  What can I say first don't take vouchers, then don't take bluelight discount, then agreed to take Zizzi millionaires club, before the meal. We get the starters they were ok, mains were in a majority disappointing as the beef Ragu was just pasta and sauce, the pizzas had hardly any toppings, calzonie no real filling, but the duck was very good. When asked why there was no substance to the dishes as before they had been fine. They said it's a recent change in preparation for £20ish AA dish it's terrible for some dough or pasta. At the end when paying they tried there hardest not to accept the millionaires offer as well very poor, speed of service was fine everything else was pretty poor, gone downhill since last visit.

  Had a lovely experience at Zizzi! The food was amazing — I especially loved the Chorizo Bombe, full of flavour and perfectly cooked. Big thanks to Salvija and Craig for the excellent service, so friendly and attentive throughout our visit. Definitely a 5-star experience and I’ll be coming back again!

  First time visiting Gloucester Zizzi. Had table booked for 1pm. Moment we walked in we had a warm welcome. We were then offered a choice of tables. Craig our server was very pleasant and explained the menu. Our food was quick and well presented more importantly it was hot and very tasty. Shout out to the kitchen staff. Atmosphere in restaurant was very pleasent and very relaxing. Will have no hesitation in recommending Zizzi at Gloucester Quays.
